SEPULVEDA
The Fox Hills Neighborhood is a “special study
area” designated as a future growth zone in
the Culver City General Plan 2045. It also has
ongoing initiatives for safer street infrastructure
and increased connections. Rethinking public
rights-of-way gives opportunities for increased
parkland connections as well as improved
amenities like shade, green infrastructure, and
amenities for multimodal transit.
